About Us

The Nobscussett Property Owners Association, Inc. (NPOA) is a membership organization of homeowners and their families in the Nobscussett area on the shore of Cape Cod Bay in Dennis, Massachusetts. The NPOA was founded on November 20, 1972 by Lawson C. Canham, George M. Morley, Esther L. McCarthy, William E. Creamer, Sr., J. Spencer Rochefort, Constance A. Bechard, and Vincent Fiori.

 

The NPOA owns a beachfront lot known as Lot E, which is available for the exclusive use of its members, and has constructed and maintains two sets of access stairs to Lot E. The NPOA organizes several summer activities for its members, including a July 4th beach party, outings, and potluck dinners. Members are encouraged to help plan and run these activities or suggest new events.
